Refund & Return Policy – Ayuzera

At Ayuzera, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We follow strict quality control standards; however, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we provide a clear and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery confirmation

  • Product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

Requests raised beyond the specified timeframe may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at care@wellwithlife.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/videos of the product

    • Description of the issue

  2. Our support team will verify the request.

  3. If approved, our courier partner will arrange product pickup.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days after approval.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product used, tampered with, or seal broken

  • Return request raised after the allowed time period

  • Incorrect or insufficient proof of damage/defect

  • Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation will follow the return process outlined above.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by Ayuzera only in verified defective/damaged cases.

  • In other situations, shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
